Policies

Damages

The Client is responsible for the tents & all equipment belonging to Dream Hutz during the entire rental period. Any lost, damaged or defaced equipment, other than normal wear & tear will result in an assessment to the client for the full replacement amount.

To avoid charges & to keep our rentals in great condition for more clients to enjoy, please take note of some damage controls:

  • No eating or drinking anything that can permanently stain our linens & pillows (i.e.: fruit punch, tomato sauce). 
  • No markers, glue or nail polish type of activities should be done inside the tents or on the night tables. 
  • Night tables are for displaying favors, decorations & placing light overnight belongings on – please no standing or sitting on night tables
  • No jumping on the air mattresses
  • Pets & Smoking are not permitted in the tent area

Locations

We are happy to setup your tents at the location of your choice.  If choosing to host your party at a hotel or similar venue, the client is responsible to check for any policies that might inhibit your tents from being setup up, as well as any fees associated with that venue. 

We will not move large furniture for setup, so please make sure your space is open & cleaned prior to our arrival.

Photography

Should you agree to allow pictures of your party to be used by Dream Hutz, we reserve the right to use those pictures at any time in the future for marketing or promotional media, known or unknown.  We respect your privacy & should you not want your party photographed, that is fine too.  At no point will addresses or personal information be used.

Event Execution

Every Dream Hutz sleepover is unique.  Exact tent fabric and party décor such as throw pillows & blankets may differ slightly from prior website pictures, subject to availability; however, parties will always be beautifully executed to fully portray the desired theme. If there is something specific that you have seen & would like to be included, please let us know & we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Events can be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is more than 48 hours before the agreed upon setup time.  If you must cancel your party within 48 hours of your event due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, you will be offered a different date to reschedule & your deposit will be transferred to hold that date!

Liabilities to Third Parties

Dream Hutz LLC is not responsible for any activities that take place during the rental period that may result in accidents, personal injury, or death. 

Dream Hutz LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any allergic reactions to equipment such as linens or pillows that may occur during or after the rental period.  

Dream Hutz LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for illness that may occur during or after the rental period, which includes, but is not limited to COVID-19.
